Costs

Residents may be scholarship holders whose stay in Österfeld is funded by an institution such as a foundation, or independent, self-funding individuals and groups.
The rent for the flat, which includes a kitchenette and shower room, a studio and a workshop, with shared use of the garden, is €620.00 per month including service charges and internet; €250.00 per week; €150.00 for a weekend (2 nights, for one to two people).
For group gatherings of up to 15 people and when the entire house is in use, in addition to the flat (including 2 extra beds), further bedrooms on the first floor (4 double rooms, 1 single room) can be used, as well as another large double room on the ground floor, a spacious kitchen and a shower room with a bath. Furthermore, a seminar room / large dining room with an adjoining lounge (‘oval room’) and a music room (various percussion instruments, melodica, grand piano, guitar etc., microphone and PA system) are available.
For group bookings, we charge €20.00 per person per night.
Please bring your own bed linen; if bed linen is provided, the charge is €25.00 per person.
Longer stays and cleaning costs are subject to agreement.
A solidarity solution will be found for artists at risk.
