Variants of Use

The Residency Oesterfeld 04 can be used by an individual, a couple, or a group/collective. For groups of up to 12 people, the first floor features four double rooms and one single room in addition to the apartment with a kitchenette and shower room. For larger collectives or groups of up to approximately 16 people, the entire house—including two additional bedrooms on the ground floor—can be made available. For variants of use with a larger group, there is an additional restroom with a sink on the first floor, as well as another bathroom on the ground floor, a large kitchen, and a seminar/dining room with an adjoining “salon” and a music room.
The residency is family-friendly and offers infrastructure such as toys and a sandpit, especially for artists with children.
