Costs

The residency oesterfeld 04 is currently under construction: co-operations with (art) universities, the Federal Environment Agency or other cultural institutions are being sought. Calls for residencies are planned, but are not currently on offer.

Residents can be scholarship holders whose stay in Österfeld is financed by an institution or independent, self-paying individuals and groups.
The rent for the apartment, studio space and workshop with partial use of the garden is € 620.00 per month including utilities + internet; € 250.00 per week; € 150.00 per weekend (use by one or two people).

Group meetings that require additional rooms on the first floor, including use of the kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, cost €300.00 per weekend. For use of the entire house with seminar room / large dining room and other rooms on the ground floor, the rent is € 450.00 per weekend; longer periods and individual solutions by arrangement.

A solidarity solution will be found for artists at risk.
