Variants of Use

The residency oesterfeld 04 can be used alone, in pairs or by a group/ a collective. In the case of group use, single and double rooms are available on the first floor for a further 4-6 people. A larger central room (approx. 60 square metres) with PA 2.1 audio system and screen incl. projector can be used jointly. For larger collectives/groups, the entire house can be made available with additional bedrooms on the ground floor for a total of up to approx. 20 people. For this option, there is another toilet with washing facilities on the first floor as well as another bathroom, a large kitchen and a seminar/dining room and other lounges and work rooms on the ground floor.
The residency is family-friendly and offers infrastructure such as toys and a sandpit, especially for artists with children.
